John Wesley Powell's Exploration of the Colorado River - This Primary source provided by the United States Geological Survey follows the former director of the USGS John Wesley Powell on his firsthand account of the Colorado River Expedition. It is believed to be the first full recorded expedition of the river.
Drought Preparedness Act - This bipartisan water use bill was introduced to the House of Representatives by Colorado Representative Joe Neguse, and works to reauthorize the Emergency Drought Relief Act of 1991.
